We offer free Ground Shipping for all orders that meet or exceed $45 USD before applicable tax and are delivered within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For all orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost, method and transit times will be determined at checkout.

 

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Orders received before 12 PM Pacific Standard Time are typically processed and shipped the same business day. For orders received after 12 PM Pacific Standard Time are typically processed and shipped the following business day. Note that this is not guaranteed but every effort will be made to meet the above. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or any recognized Holidays. Please allow additional processing time if your order is placed on a weekend or holiday. Once an order is processed, speed of delivery will typically meet the below, barring any events that may prevent shipping/delivery such as natural phenomena, road/transit closures or acts of God:

 

  • UPS Ground (In transit 1-5 business days depending on location) (Free on qualified orders)
  • UPS Second Day (In transit 2 business days)
  • UPS Overnight (In transit 1 business days)

 

Why Didn’t My Order Qualify For Free Shipping?

 

  • Your order did not meet or exceed the qualifying spending threshold
  • You selected an expedited shipping method
  • Your delivery address does not qualify for free shipping

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable by the carrier. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price less any shipping charges. Here are a few reasons packages may be returned to us as undeliverable:

 

  • Incorrect Address – If the address is incorrect or outdated, the carrier or the unintended recipient usually returns the packages to us. Please double check your address carefully when placing order.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts – Most of our carriers make 3 attempts to deliver a package. If the driver believes it is best to obtain a signature but no one is present to accept the delivery, after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. Orders shipped by freight may have other conditions.
